How do I order a palm tree online?
Simply browse our selection on our website (www.thepalmtreeshop.co.za) and add your chosen palm to your cart. During checkout, you will be required to pay a 35% deposit through our secure payment portal. The remaining balance can be paid upon delivery or collection of your palm tree.
Can I collect my palm tree myself?

- During checkout, you will be required to pay a 25% deposit through our secure payment portal using a credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
- The remaining balance can be paid upon delivery or collection of your palm tree. You can choose to pay with cash or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer – our banking details are supplied after your order is complete).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept order cancellations once your order has been processed and confirmed. As we prepare your palm tree for delivery or collection shortly after receiving your order, cancellations are not possible.
There’s no need to send us proof of payment separately. Our secure online payment portal will confirm your transaction once you complete your order using a credit/debit card. If you choose the EFT payment option, our banking details will be provided after you complete your order. Please use your order number as a reference when making your EFT transfer.
