The Palm Tree Shop is thrilled to deliver your palm tree paradise right to your Gauteng doorstep! Here’s what you need to know about our shipping policy:

Delivery Areas:

We currently offer delivery within Gauteng province, South Africa.

Delivery Fees:

A flat delivery fee of R350 applies to all palm tree orders within Gauteng.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • We strive to deliver your palm tree within 1-3 business days from the time your order is confirmed.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as season, order volume, and distance from our Benoni location.

Delivery Process:

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a notification with an estimated delivery timeframe.
  • Our experienced delivery team will carefully transport your palm tree to your specified delivery address.
  • Someone must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.

In-Store Pickup:

Prefer to collect your palm tree yourself? We offer free in-store pickup at our shop located at:

3 Oregon Cres Crystal Park Benoni, 1515

During checkout, simply select the “In-Store Pickup” option. We will notify you once your palm tree is ready for collection.

Important Information:

  • Delivery excludes weekends and public holidays.
  • We recommend inspecting your palm tree upon delivery. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at sales@thepalmtreeshop.co.za or 066 091 1842.

Returns

We understand that sometimes circumstances change. Here’s our policy for returning your palm tree:

Return Eligibility:

  • We accept returns for healthy, undamaged palm trees within 14 days of delivery.
  • Cuttings, special-order palms, and discounted items are not eligible for return.
  • The palm tree must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@thepalmtreeshop.co.za or 066 091 1842. We will provide you with detailed return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned palm tree, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price (excluding original delivery fee) to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer exchanges for palm trees. However, you can return your unwanted palm tree and place a new order for your desired variety.
